All Lo La Lé creations are unique pieces, made exclusively to order and according to each client’s specific requirements. Due to their fully personalised nature, these creations cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy complies with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalised.

We kindly invite you to review your order carefully before confirming it. Once the order is validated, it becomes final and binding.

As Lo La Lé is based in France, any claim or dispute relating to an order or its execution shall be handled in accordance with French law and submitted to the competent French courts.
