Terms of sale

All our creations are unique pieces, made to order and specifically crafted for each client. As such, they are considered personalised and custom-made items.

In accordance with the applicable legislation, and in particular Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

 Lo La Lé creations cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are final and binding.

As Lo La Lé is a French company, any dispute relating to an order or its execution shall be governed by French law and submitted to the competent French courts.
