Are all your creations available to order?
Yes, all our pieces are unique and made-to-order, crafted specifically for each client. This ensures that every creation is unique.

Can I customize my creation?
Absolutely. Each creation can be customized according to the details provided in the “Order Your Unique Piece” section of each item.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece. For a custom creation, it typically takes between 10 and 25 days. Please refer to the “Production Time” section of each item for more details.

2. Payment and Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments. All transactions are confidential and protected.

Do I pay before or after my piece is made?
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation and before the piece is made, as each creation is unique and made exclusively for you.

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return or exchange my creation?
Since all our pieces are personalized and unique, they cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. All orders are final.

4. Care and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery fees will be provided when placing your order.
